What is KrionB6i?

KrionB6i is the Bid-to-Signoff module of the Krion suite. It manages every document, parameter and milestone from RFP/tender release through scope, BOQ/MOQ, proposals, bid documents, submission and — when you win — the order folder for signoff and contract drift comparison.

How does extraction handle a 300-page tender bundle?

The pipeline ingests the bundle, redacts PII, runs OCR and layout detection, classifies each document, chunks and embeds the content, then runs section-aware extraction. Every parameter is grounded with document, page, snippet and confidence. Low-confidence items are routed to a review queue automatically.

Will my tender data leave our tenant?

No. KrionB6i runs per-tenant inference inside your isolated workspace. We never train on your bid data and we don't share documents across tenants. Postgres row-level security, encrypted-at-rest blob storage and per-tenant LLM endpoints are the default.

What if the AI gets a number wrong?

Every extracted parameter has a citation pointing to the exact page and snippet. Reviewers can override any value in one click; the original AI output is kept for audit. Nothing flows into the Bid Document until accepted.

Does it support both BOQ and MOQ workflows?

Yes. The BOQ/MOQ section handles both. Versions are first-class — each new revision creates a numerical diff against the prior version with materiality scoring, so you see exactly what changed and the cost impact.

How do alerts work for an addendum that drops late?

The moment an addendum is uploaded, KrionB6i diffs it against the original tender, updates the Virtual Card, and fires owner-assigned alerts on every parameter that changed — submission date, scope clauses, BOQ rows, even bond percentages. High-materiality changes escalate.
